HELP! entourage crashing upon checking mail!

we just switched to entourageX with an IMAC, and it was working fine
until just now— it started CRASHING each time we check e-mails!!!!
somene please help?!!??!!??!

(more info) when we check e-mails, we have 2 e-mail accts set up, and
it checks one, receives some mail, and the checks the other acct,
sends the 'password' (status: receiving mail), and then crashes....
help¿?

Recently, malformed junk mail has exploited a bug in the Junk Mail Filter
included with Entourage X and 2001 that causes the entire program to crash
when Entourage attempts to download and process the message. Microsoft has
posted a fix at their web site:

Entourage 2004 includes improvements that allows it to download most of the
commonly-received junk messages that crashed earlier versions. However,
there might now be new types of messages that crash Entourage 2004 as well.

If you continue to crash on receiving mail, it could be due to a corrupt
message on the server. Work through the steps on the "Crashes" page on The
Entourage Help Page.
