Help! Error -3210

Office 2004 Entourage generates the following error

Error: An unknown error (-3210) occurred.
Explanation: Could not retrieve mail.

All configuration elements done correctly. Prior version of Entourage works
perfectly while retrieving ³hotmail². Any suggestions? Are there any
plugin¹s, shareware, etc that can help? Any way to get by this? I
understand that Microsoft has made this feature not supported in this
version.

Do you have ContentBarrier installed? ContentBarrier generates this error
message with Hotmail.
