help file and citrix

good morning, all...I created an html help file and
attached it to my access database using a module and a
macro. Pressing F1 while working on the database in-house
works fine, however, when I work remotely, through Citrix,
I get an error message that it can't find the macro
element, therefore, it won't open the help file...any
suggestions? Thanks

Specifically, how do you open content on F1 click of your
help file?
