Help for multiple selection in lists

Hi

I need help in multiple selections for a list. Okay i have a
spreadsheet which has dates. For each date there are activities
organised. We invite different batches for these activities.
We are a mba school with junior and senior batch..
Junior batch includes MBA 1 FIN , MBA 1 HR , MBA 1 MKTG , MBA 1 Marcom
Senior batch includes MBA 2 FIN , MBA 2 HR , MBA 2 MKTG , MBA 2 Marcom
Now these events can be for different classes. I want a calender to be
setup to check which slots are open for a particular date. Red
signifies that slot is not available and green signifies that slot is
available..
I have got to set teh spread sheet.. and it works fine when i select
teh event for juniors or seniors. But i don know how to set it up for
other combinations.
Please find attached the spreadsheet and see if you can help me.. to
select different batches .. and accordingly block teh calender for taht
particular batch .
