Help: formatting and printing text from received messages

Jim

How can I take a customer's mailing address received in an Outlook
email message, format it, and send it to my printer by itself
(separate and apart from the rest of the text in the message) to print
on a label?

Currently I am just copying and pasting from Outlook into a Word
template and running a macro to adjust font, size and margin issues,
but that is slow and cumbersome. I am pretty sure these are several
alternatives to this method, but I will admit I don't know them<g>. I
am using Office XP and have some basic knowledge of vb script, so
perhaps vba wouldn't be too much of a stretch for me.

FWIW I have tried to understand Outlook forms since Office97 and just
never, ever got them. I am not opposed to learning/trying again - I
just don't know if they even apply to my situation.

I would love some suggestions, and resources where I might find tips
and examples of how to achieve something like this.

In a perfect world I would love to be able to open the message at any
time, and have the OPTION to print the address at my convenience with
just a click or a minimum number of keystrokes. And preferably not
alter the original message (too much).

Thanks!
Jim
