Help formatting business cards

Thus far I've been able to design my business cards by going thru
Tools/Letters & Mailings/Envelopes & Labels/Labels. The problem I'm
running into is that when the business card template gets transferred to
the "New Document" for final formatting & editing, I find that the
desired format appears only on the first card (i.e., the top left of the
10 displayed full screen) so that I have to manually format each of the
remaining 9 cards on the grid. This leads to numerous formatting
problems and errors in spacings, indentations, etc.

Is there a way to simply format the text in one of the 10 cards and
simply trigger all the remaining ones to follow suit? Copying the
desired one and pasting it unto the remaining cards is not efficient
either, since I have to still format the remaning 9 manually, one at a time.

What kind of paper do you use for the business cards and where do you
purchase it?
Currently using Avery's white Clean Edge Business Cards (extra-sturdy)
which recommends using template 5371. Comes 10 to a sheet and have
purchased it at either Office Depot or Staples.
