Help I am trying to purchase Office from my trial version.

I cannot seem to convert my trail version and purchase the Office 2003. I
lost the original product key and was issued a new one online. I have tried
and tried to purchase Office but it always tells me I have an invalid product
key.

My suggestion is to purchase Office from Amazon.com. It's usually a few
bucks cheaper plus you will have the original CDs and not a download that
can be "accidentally deleted".
