Help! I deleted all my tasks!!!

I've been trying to get this GoBetween demo to work (which allows
iSync to work w/ Entourage) I accidentally deleted ALL of my tasks!
Is there a way to recover them?!?

Sorry, but no.

It's good practice to work off a backup when you are trying out something
new like this. Remember the mantra "Backup, Backup, Backup".
