For some reason my MAC keyboaord can no longer type quotation marks or
question marks
instead I get É or è

Perhaps you've accidentally switched keyboard layouts. This is governed
by the little flag menu at the upper right of your screen. (If you don't
see it, use the Internation pref pane to show it.) m.

PS This has absolutely nothing to do with Entourage.
