Help me to actualize Actualize access field in a word document

Hi,

i am trying to automatize the production of word document by using Access
data fields which are exported though *.RTF file. Defining *.RTF file as data
source ans opening the word document insode a Acess procedure, the fields are
not refreshed with the new data instances.
I think it's a security problem and i already tried to apply a lower macro
level but it didn´t work.
Is there a way to declare that the data sources are safe avoiding this
problem?
