Help! My address book disappeared

I must have toggled the wrong way. My Entourage addresses have all
disappeared. Only categories appear --but I don't use that feature so
all that appears is "none."

Eternally grateful for help with what I know is a stupid question.

I don't understand what you mean by 'only categories appear'. Appear where?

Please can you clarify?
