Barb,

Let me apologize in advance, but I do not have an answer
to your question, but I could use the answer that Ron de
Bruin sent you. However, I do not know how to paste a
Macro and you said you knew how. Is it too difficult to
explain to me? If you don't mind, you could contact me
direct at (e-mail address removed). Thanks,

Russ

Hi Barb
I have read through the user guide, my appreciation goes to Norman, he did a
great job.

Indeed
And he is a nice guy also

If you copy Norman's manual also on the Cd then it is OK
Be aware that maybe not all users use Outlook.
If you use version 2.2 then it is working with Outlook and Outlook Express.

Ron,
Should I also put a different version on the CD for users who dont use
outlook? Is that available? Is it possible to have a Executable on the CD to
load the add in for the end users? Or will it be in the Excel file already?
Havent tried it yet. Some of them are not to computer savy.

Hi Barb

I have two versions on my site
http://www.rondebruin.nl/mail/add-in.htm

2.2 is working in Outlook and Outlook Exppress

3.2 is only working in Outlook

If 2.2 is doing what you want then only use this version.
All users that use Outlook or Outlook Exppress can use it then.
Is it possible to have a Executable on the CD
It is possible to make but I like to use the Tools Add-ins and browse to the Add-in.
This is not so diffecult.

Read Norman Harker's manual and you know how to install the Add-in
