Help needed with sending mail

Hi all

I have installed Office 2004 for mac and cant find the setting whereby I can
stop emails from sending direct when send is clicked and it stays in outbox
until I physically press send / receive. I want to be able to do a final
check in the outbox before sending. I can do this in Outlook for pc by just
unticking ³send immediately². When unticked even if I press send in the
email it still sits in the outbox until I physically click on the Main
Send/Receive mail button. I want to be able to do this in Mac Office but
cant find the setting

This is not possible in Entourage but you can download scripts which may
add the functionality you are looking for in Entourage.

Each window that you compose a message in has a Send Now icon (envelope with
arrow, which sends immediately) and a Send Later icon (envelope with clock,
which puts the message in the Outbox until you use Send All or Send and
Receive All). Learn to press Send Later to finish messages?

There are also keyboard shortcuts for Send Now and Send Later, which you
could use instead. You might even be able to use Panther accessibility to
set a convenient shortcut for Send Later.

or shift-cmd-Enter), Narendra?
