Help! - not receiving email anymore

I have been receiving email in my Entourage for a couple of months, but since 3 days ago it has stopped showing new emails. The help center suggests I "empty my cache" so the server can load all my email again. But I don't know how to empty my Entourage cache, and the help center offers nothing on the topic

What type of account? (POP, IMAP, Exchange) What version of Entourage?

Try Control-click (right click) on your IMAP account and select Œrepair
message list¹. Depending on version the wording might be different.

Try option-command-L. It does an (undocumented) "special" IMAP refresh.
