Hi,

We just switched from Outlook 2001 to Entourage 2004. Our old e-mails
in outlook and PC e-mails from Outlook 2003 have the following format:

Persons Name
Dark line
E-mail contents

The new Entourage shows:

Todays date
regular line
E-mail contents

I know this does not seem like much, but it is driving everyone crazy.
We share a few printers and it makes it really easy to make sure that
you do not take the other person's e-mail when the person who printed
it has their name at the top.

Is there anyway to fix this problem? I am getting a lot of grief about
this, especially since the Dell's with Outlook 2003 can do it.

Thanks for any help!

In the print setup dialog, check the "My Name" checkbox. This will place
the current user's name to the top of all pages.

Andy,

Thanks for the help! I was going crazy trying to find that option. It
was so simple that it was right in front of me.
