HELP! Org Chart Won't Open

Hi:

I am running Office 97 on XP Home Edition. When I click
on an org chart in a PowerPoint presentation it returns
the error message: "Server application, source file or
item can't be found. Reinstall the server application". I
have reinstalled Office several times but it doesn't seem
to help. Microsoft KnowledgeBase has no suggestion as a
related patch is for NT. Please help.....
