Help!Outlook 2K closes down when u,v,w,x,y,z address are selected in email

Help!!!!!
I'm using Outlook 2000 Pro and Windows XP.

Anytime I select a name begining with u,v,w,x,y or z from
the email contact list to send an email, Outlook closes
down. Please Help!
