I am attempting to load the Handheld Sync Installer and when I click
install, get the error message "the installation failed because the Palm
Sync folder is missing".
Searched the hard drive and found the supposed missing folder.
I see it, but the installer does not.
Have gone so far as to move the installer into the Palm HotSync folder,
but still getting the same error message.
HELP!
