HELP recover deleted messages!

I was testing some rules to PERMANENTLY delete spams but ended up deleting
all messages from my Inbox instead. I read somewhere before that if Outlook
has been closed then there is a way to recover the messages. I haven't close
my Outlook yet. So can anyone please tell me if the messages can be
recovered? If so please tell me how.
