Help searching row for matching data & return data one column over

I have values in a row. Later in the row, I used Min and Max functions to
identify the High and Low. Now I am trying to use the high and lookup a
value in the column next to it, e.g., I am searching for a highest sales
value and trying to return the week which is referenced in the next column
within the same row. Lookup appears to be the closest functin but the
numbers can not be sorted to ascend.

Invoke exact matching by setting the match-type to 0...

=VLOOKUP(LookupValue,Table,ColIdx,0)
