Help! Sent Items box gives "Could Not Open" Error

"Could Not Open" Error
An unknown error 4362 has occurred.

Oddly, this is the only issue I have. I checked the db and am well under 2GB,
and am running version 10.1.1

Any clues, thanks..heavy

Have you tried an Advanced rebuild?
