Help with a demo, please

Hi There,
I'm currently running an Access training course over here in the UK & I've
been telling the delegates how useful & helpful that I find the folks who
watch these newsgroups are. So, to help me prove this, I'd really appreciate
it if someone could post a message (preferably polite as there are ladies
present) so that I can prove to them that it all works!
