Help with a form

Hi,

Outlook 2K - SP3
I'm creating a form to be used as notification method.

To have the users opening the mails, I want the body auto-populated with
some text such as "Please Open" or something.

Problem is I can't pre-indicated a value for the Message field which is the
one display by default.

Any idea on how I could do ?
