Help with defining which cell the cursor goes to after you hit enter

Looking for help with defining which cell the cursor goes
to after you hit enter. I have a user looking to hit
enter in the last cell of the row in her spreadsheet and
she would like it to go to the first cell of the next row
instead of the adjacent cell to her right.

One way is to select the input range. When the selection is at the edge
of the selected range, moving right goes to the first cell in the next
line.

Another way, if your user is using MacXL2001, MacXLv.X or WinXL2003 is
to use the list manager to define the desired range as a list.

Another alternative that your user may end up preferring is to select
the desired range and choose Data/Form. A dialog will pop up with an
entry textbox for each column, and added records can be placed at the
bottom of existing data. A supercharged alternative is John
Walkenbach's free Enhanced Data Form:

One more method using the TAB and <ENTER> key.

Try this.

With <ENTER> key set to move DOWN...........

Start in A1, type something then hit TAB to go to B1, type something and hit
TAB to go to C1, type something and hit <ENTER> to go to A2.

TAB will take you across and the <ENTER> will take you back to original
starting column one row down.
