I have a junk email causing entourage to crash. I was able to receive
the email on my black berry and as it is junk I suspect it is causing
the problem.
I have read thru many emails with simliar sounding problems on this
site but am not having any luck. with the suggested fixes. I am using
Mac os 10.3 and use microsoft entourage. My email is crashing before i
can even get it open. I have tried the shift key , the option key and
both typical and advanced rebuilds. I have also tried deleting the
email from my web sever, however the offensive email seems tp be
already stuck in my computer.
Please let me know if there are any other ideas of how to get around
this.
