Help with Entourage not reponding

The weekly sales message from Directions.com still kills my Entourage
2004 (the going on forever spinning beach ball). The only escape I have
found is to use the OSX Force Quit and it tells me Entourage is not
responding.

I would like to let the person at Directions.com know about the issue
but don't know what to tell him is wrong. The html code looks okay when
I use the ENT View Source. The crashing problem seems to be unique to
Entourage.

Anyone interested in talking a look a the message and I will mail it to
you using the ENT Redirect option.

Until you get this issue resolved, I would change your address for this
weekly message. This way you can just use your web mail to access. Force
quitting Entourage can cause problems with your database.

Redirect the message to me. Remove nospam and invalid from this address:

Hi Diane,

I tried to redirect the message and it locked up Entourage again and I
had to Force Quit. I wish there was another way to free up ENT when it
stops responding.
