Help with Hot Sync manager

I just purchased a tungsten e. I am using miscrosoft office 2004
student /teacher edition. I can not launch the entourage conduit to
change the settings to initially put data on the palm. Is there an
updated conduit for office 2004? Where can i find it? Can anybody help
with a step by step. Very frustated. THANKS!

You need to install the conduit that came with Office 2004. The Office X
one is incompatible.
Then there are some limitations with this model. Take a look there:

You will also need to enable the function that allows the conduit to
function with this "newer" model.
