Help with macro to format picture

I would really like to create a macro that will allow me, once the .gif is
selected to:

Click Format/Picture
In that dialog box, click the Layout Tab and select Square/Center
Click the Colors and Lines tab and select a line style/color.

When I try to record such a macro, the options within the dialog box are
grayed out.

Is there a VBA solution to this?
