Help with Microsoft Frontpage 2000

David Anderson

I want visitors to my website (website developed in
FrontPage) to fill out a form online and automatically
receive a response email from the website. The response
email must be able to identify the incoming email in
order to respond correctly. Does Microsoft FrontPage have
this capability?

No it does not. You would have to program this
functionality using a server side scripting language that
is supported by your particular web service provider.

Hi David,

FP does not have this capability. You may be able to use your ISP / WPP auto
responders provided they can key off of subject which is changeable within
FP. If they do not then you'll need to script your own or take a look at
SEND IT!

SEND IT! allows you to send templated personalized responses based upon the
selection of email address or subject etc.
