Help with OUtlook 2002

Hi,

When I want to add a contact from the e-mail, the right click feature is
empty. When I try to look up a contact, I get an error message that the
contact can't be found but I know the person is there. Also, some e-mails
show the full address of the sender but some just have the name. How do I
resolve this?
