i am trying to get images (attachments) to display in the
view panel rather than opening them up in another
program. i do not want to sign up for any sort of
authorization and do not have time to go through a huge
sign up so that i can access MY OWN SECURITY SETTINGS. am
i missing something buy not knowing how to change this
option. how do i do it?

When images are attached to the mail message you can't display them directly
in Outlook. Image will be displayed in the message when they are inserted as
pictures (New e-mail-> Insert-> Picture)

I'm not sure what you are talking about authorization. Haven't you activated
your Office suite yet?

Hope this helps!

Outlook does not support inline viewing of images. You'll need to open them
or ask the sender to embed them in HTML.

I have no idea what sign up and authorization you're talking about and
changing your security settings won't affect inline viewing - Outlook does
not support it.
