Help with OWA setup Domain setting

I was reading through the article here (http://blogs.msdn.com/
entourage/archive/2005/09/24/473634.aspx) and had a few questions:

1. Don't need to know what the domain is? How do you find out what it
is.

2. What about LDAP? How do I find this.

So far I know:
1. My user name
2. My password
3. My owa server location https://webmail.xxxxx.com/
4. The public server location https://webmail.xxxxx.com/public

But I don't know:
1. The domain of the exchange server.
2. The Ldap server name.

I know I should/need to ask the server admins and have tried, but as
soon as I say Mac they will not help. Or are totally clueless. Overall
I'm trying to use Entourage on my laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.

You might not have a multi-domain envoronment. Try using WORKGROUP as
your domain name.

You ask the network administrator.... Very few cahnces to figure it out
by yourself...

Well unfortunately, I've seen that before. Nevertheless, a Domain is a
WIndows thing adn they should know. THe LDAP server is also "universal".
It's not a Mac thing. They should be able to provide you with the
information as well.
If they don't, you're only chance is with auto-detection once you've
entered the proper domain name.
