Help with publishing

Hello,
I am using frontpage 2002 edition and my website quit updating, I have updated it about 15 times before and wach time it has worked perfectly. But now I get this error message, it says,
Unable to open 'http://www.bahamalouie.com'
Server error: Server error: Cannot open "we80.cnf": no such file or folder
