Help with Replies

Steven Ridley

Hello,

I am forced to use Outlook at my place of employment and I
am trying to setup to reply to emails. The formatting
appears to be OK, but the application appears to be
picking up a signature file from somewhere which I don't
want to use. I have created a signature file in Word which
is picked up when I am creating an email, but is picking
up another for replies and forwarding. Where is it picking
up the signature I don't want ?

Also when sending a copy of the original mail it indents
the original message, which is OK but the text under the
Original Message heading (From, Sent, To and Subject
lines) are formatted in Times New Roman and I want them in
tahoma - how do I change this ?

Finally although I have specified I want to use Word as my
email editor the system is defaulting to HTML in replies
and forwards. Please help !!

Steven.
