Help with viewing clip art in search from internet!!!!

Every time I do a search for clip art to add to a presentation, I get a
little notebook with the following description dglxasset... below. The clips
from my computer view fine and if I right click and select review /
properties it shows up fine in the review window. PLEASE HELP!!!!
