Has Microsoft ever considered putting contextual Help in the right
button-click, contextual menu?

Seems to me that in particular needs, like on using menu items and button
tools, that this would expedite finding out how to use features rather than
digging through all the Help files.

For example, I was trying to discover how to APPLY a Table Style that I
created in Outlook 2007 and I was burning up a lot of time finding anything
that described the functioning and use of the "New Table Styles" button...a
right button click contextual help would have taken me right to it.
