Hi! I encounter a large problem about powerpoint startup very slowly. and
CPU utilize to above 80% for ever. it appear suspending if i click it. and
not appear normal UI

Do you have Norton utilities or Norton Anitvirus installed?

I have not install Norton itolities!!! I installed Symantec AntiVirus
Corporate Edition 8.1 on my computer!
normally used before! It appeared this environment yesterday
