Hidden messages in Exchange being displayed

Hi,
our company uses an email archiving solution that sends settings to Exchange in the form of a hidden message.

This message is being displayed in Apple Mail. I understand this is for Entourage but was hoping someone hear could tell me if there was a way to prevent these items from being displayed.
