Hide/delete off topic newsgroup posts

In a specific newsgroup I would like to create a rule to not show (or better, delete) messages that do not contain a special word in the subject (to indicate that a message is a real post to the group and not spam or porn). Can't seem to figure out how to do this. Ideas?
