Hide progress/schedule line in bottom right

Hi,

Just set up a POP account in Entourage that I'm actually going to use....

Can I turn off the information displayed in the status bar, or whatever that
line in the bottom right corner of the main window is called?

I generally like seeing the whirling circle and the "receiving in progress"
but I'm not so fond of the ghastly countdown that "Schedule X will run in 10
minutes," "Schedule X will run in 9 minutes," etc etc. Can I turn it off,
either partially or entirely?

Hi, Dayo

Not unless you turn the schedules off themselves - or work offline (in which
case you'll see "You are working offline"). I must say I have never heard
anyone complain of this before - this is a new one on me. ;-) It's supposed
to reassure you that your schedules are indeed working. Evidently it has
another effect on you.

Yeah, it dawns on me (realizing the horror of my reaction) that I clearly
have some sort of issue with counting. Can't stand Live Word Count on the
Word status bar either. Guess I'll either delete the schedule or get over
it. :)

Thanks, and sorry I forgot to post version number.
