Hiding Marup information

Is there a way to hide markup information so that when a
document is saved if someone else opens it who does have
the markup turned on they will not see the information on
your document? Presently even if we turn markup off on
the document when it is saved on the by the creator if
anyone who receives it has markup turned on they see the
markup information.

Hi, Melanie,

No, no way. Instead, make a copy of the document and either accept or reject
all changes in the copy before sending that to the other person. Don't let
the marked-up copy out of your office.
