Hiding Navigation Pane and Full menus

Hello,

There doesn't seem to be a method in Access 2007 to hide the navigation pane
or full menus using Application.SetOptions. This seems to be intentional,
but I don't understand the reasoning. Can anyone explain it? Whenever I
create a .accde file, I need to set these options manually which is a
nuisance.
