highlight selected row on a dataview?

Is it possible to higlight the selected row on a dataview?

I have a page with 3 dataviews. The selected item on dataview 1,
populates dataview 2, and the selected item on dataview 2 populates
dataview 3. But I want to highlight or change the color of the selected
item on dataview 1 and 2 so people know "where they are all"

Any idea?
