Horizontal stripe across a page.

How do I get my stripe to fully cover the page? On screen the stripe looks
like it goes edge-to-edge, when I print there is always a small bit left
blank between the edge of the paper and the stripe!

This is probably a limitation of your printer. Most laser printers and many
inkjets have an unprintable area round the edge of the page.
