Hot Spots from email newsletters are not active in entourage

I send out a weekly newsletter from the elementary school i work out.
I use dreamweaver to link hotspots on the newsletter to webpages.
however, when i email it out, anyone using entourage (including myself
at home) is unable to click on the links. It works fine from apple
mail and ms outlook, but not from entourage. please help!

Check your preferences. Go to Entourage > Preferences (or Entourage > Mail
& News Preferences, or Edit > Preferences > Mail & News), and, under
"General Preferences", click "Security" (or, if in Entourage X or 2001,
click "Read" tab). Make sure the option to "Display complex HTML in
messages" is checked, and click OK.

If that doesn't help, please send me a copy of the message so that I can
take a look at it; it may help isolate the problem. You can send it to this
