hotbar web tools

There are several users with windows 98 and office xp with
hotbar installed.Their systems are not
responding,especially with outlook, with out of memory
errors.Are there any known issues with office or windows
and hotbar?

Just about everything you can think of; Hotbar is spyware you might want to
get rid of it straight away. Also note to remove the spyware after removing.
Google will give you loads of hit on how to remove it. One of them;
