Can anyone tell me how to put a hotlink into an email signture in Entourage?

You can just type the link with a http:// prefix to make it active, like
<http://www.mactopia.com/>. Also, e-mail addresses typed into messages or
signatures should be clickable when received. You can verify that the links
are indeed clickable by checking the copies of sent messages in the "Sent
Items" folder.

Mickey,

Thanks for the response. I was hoping to be able to hide the actual web address and have the following by itself:

Click here to visit my website

It would be a hotlink where you just click and go to the website. Any ideas on hiding the web address?

Entourage does not do this, but you can use a script to create hyperlinks.
See the HTML section for three scripts to choose from:

You can use the method Diane mentioned, but you'd have to do it for every
message, I think. Another way is to create a template in Word with your
signature as you like it using Word's hyperlink tool, compose your messages
there, and send them through Entourage using the File > Send to Mail
Recipient (as HTML) option, but that's a lot of work.

This would be a good feature request for a future version of Entourage.
