Hotmail contact list ...to...Outlook 2003 contact list

I like to use Hotmail with Outlook 2003 when I'm at home but when I'm working
on public computers I use Homail. The problem is with the CONTACT LIST. I
don't want to manually sync the HOTMAIL CONTACT LIST with my OUTLOOK CONTACT
LIST. Can this be done automatically?
