Has anyone had this problem? Hot mail messages download onto computer and
disappear from the server. If you try to check your messages via the
web...they are gone...any solutions? thanks. chris
I too have this problem. I am using Entourage 2004 and have my Hotmail
account as my default account. Whenever I check my Inbox on Hotmail, the
messages are copied to my Local Inbox, then the messages on the Hotmail
account are moved to the Deleted Items folder. This does not occur with my
other accounts, one of which is an IMAP account.
What I would like to know is if this "Feature" can be turned off, and if so,
how. Entourage X did not do this and I would like to delete my messages when
I want to, not when the program decides to.
If anybody has a solution, let us know.
