Hotmail on the Fritz?

I'm not able to receive email from my Hotmail account using Entourage
X (latest version) OS 10.2.8 on a cable modem. I keep getting an
error that my username or password is wrong. They aren't.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have never been able to read hotmail mail in Entourage. Tried several
times and gave up.

Yes, I keep getting the following error when I try to get hotmail from entourage:

The Hotmail folder list could not be received.

A connection failure has occurred.

Error: -23016

Help! Anybody have any idea why this error message comes up??
